PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of purchase options, including subscriptions and recurring orders, placed through www.insiderscoffeeco.com ("Site"). By purchasing a subscription or recurring order from Insiders Coffee Co. LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

INSIDERS COFFEE CO. — SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

At Insiders Coffee Co., our subscription program is built for traders who want their fuel delivered on autopilot — no missed mornings, no running out mid-week.

How It Works

When you subscribe, you choose your blend, your bag size, and your delivery frequency. Your order processes automatically on your selected schedule and ships straight to your door.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive an email confirmation before each charge. By subscribing, you authorize Insiders Coffee Co. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Modifying Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, or change your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect that cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle. To cancel, log into your account or email us at support@insiderscoffeeco.com.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

All subscription orders follow our standard no-refund policy. Because coffee is a perishable consumable product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on processed orders. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Pricing

Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify subscribers via email at least 14 days before any price adjustment takes effect. You will always have the option to cancel before the new pricing applies.

3. HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account at www.account.insiderscoffeeco.com and managing your subscription settings
  • Emailing us at support@insiderscoffeeco.com with your order number and request to cancel

Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. If a cancellation request is received after processing has begun, the cancellation will take effect on the following billing cycle.

4. ONE-TIME PURCHASE CANCELLATIONS

For one-time (non-subscription) orders, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed. Because we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled.

  • If your order has NOT yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel and will confirm via email.
  • If your order has already shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

5. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS

If your subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle is processed, you will not be charged for future orders. No refunds will be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and/or shipped.

All sales remain final in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

6. PAUSING A SUBSCRIPTION

We may offer the option to pause your subscription rather than cancel it entirely. If available, you can pause your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at support@insiderscoffeeco.com. Pausing your subscription will temporarily stop future shipments and charges until you choose to resume.

7. CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may update your subscription preferences at any time, including:

  • Delivery frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Product selection or coffee blend
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect on the upcoming order. Changes can be made through your account at www.insiderscoffeeco.com or by emailing support@insiderscoffeeco.com.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment method is declined or fails at the time of a scheduled billing cycle, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and valid.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Insiders Coffee Co. LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our subscription services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
