INSIDERS COFFEE CO. — SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders containing 2 or more bags. Single-bag orders are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after the order is processed. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination. Insiders Coffee Co. is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. International delivery windows vary by country and carrier and are estimates only — we cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@insiderscoffeeco.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Insiders Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at support@insiderscoffeeco.com. We will do our best to intercept the shipment but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
