ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Thank you for shopping with Insiders Coffee Co. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any orders once they have been placed and confirmed.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or resell any items once they have left our facility. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

While we do not offer general returns or refunds, we stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for verified cases of shipping damage or fulfillment errors.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. We are unable to guarantee cancellations, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Insiders Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
